Coinbase’s user count has eclipsed 25 million as of October 2018, although it still sits behind Fidelity, which holds 27 million customers and nearly as many brokerage accounts to its name. Last year, Fidelity allowed customers to view their assets from Coinbase on their Fidelity account illustrating how financial institutions may cooperate, now and into the future.
