The so-called *Unified Financial Layer* took a step closer to reality with the launch of ACTUS Financial Protocol (AFP) enabling a financial ecosystem in which digital assets can move seamlessly and frictionlessly in and out of a diversified portfolio. Without a protocol to bridge the current melee of disparate financial silos, the greater the barriers for investors to access the entirety of available digital assets.
