As 5G, IoT, AI and blockchain team up to accelerate automation and a society run by machine intelligence, Cisco suggested that Crypto-applications have the potential to hold as much as 10 percent of the world’s GDP. This would mean that more than 10 trillion dollars worth of value would be stored on both decentralised and permissioned blockchains by 2027.
