From the 6th January 2021 brokers & SMEs will no longer be able to trade any cryptocurrency futures contracts including CFDs on the behalf of others within the UK unless you are authorised by the FCA. This affects small start up businesses that involve accepting and holding tokens on behalf of others such as cloud mining and masternode mining platforms. Retail trading services for stocks, indices, commodities & FOREX continue as before.
