Over 80% of mobile payment Apps for contactless payments are still plagued by some sort of security or privacy issue making them vulnerable to hacks, even those that had activated security features including two-step authentication, face-ID, and a required PIN entry for every transaction. A largely automated customer service provide no help beyond account deactivation.
