Democrat and Republican Senators in the US continue to finalise crypto regulation for the fledgling industry in a bid to clarify tax enforcement. It is hoped that PoW miners and wallet providers will be exempted from overbearing reporting requirements. However, more importantly DeFi, DEXs, and other DeFi-related service providers appear to be overlooked.
